Rev. Akilimali Eleci Ese-ngana is a seasoned minister of the Gospel, a Spirit-filled servant leader with over four decades of active ministry, and the Senior Pastor at Embakasi Pentecostal Assemblies of God. A graduate of Nairobi Pentecostal Bible College, where he earned a First-Class Diploma with Honours in Theology, Rev. Akilimali is known for his unwavering dedication to sound doctrine, leadership integrity, and Kingdom mentorship.
With a ministry footprint that spans Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, and the D.R. Congo (formerly Zaire), Rev. Akilimali has faithfully served God as a pastor, evangelist, conference speaker, and Christian educator. His peripatetic years shaped his global Gospel perspective, while his longevity in ministry has allowed him to serve the church in various capacities—ranging from national Christian Education departments to chaplaincy and pastoral care.
Today, he also leads the Opticom Staff Fellowship Chaplaincy, where he continues to mentor professionals in faith and purpose, and is especially passionate about equipping and releasing the next generation of ministers and leaders.
Rev. Akilimali was the Lead Reverend during last year’s Purposeful Youth Revival, where his depth of wisdom, prophetic clarity, and fatherly presence helped steward a powerful move of God. This year, he returns to the altar as the Lead Rev once again, bringing a legacy of revival, a mantle of leadership, and a father’s heart for this hungry generation.
